Payment and Insurance Policies

We ask that accompanying parents or guardians be prepared to pay for office visits and treatment at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Visa and MasterCard for your convenience. If you anticipate a problem paying for services, please discuss this in advance with our receptionist. We are also glad to provide a patient financing program in certain instances.
We are always happy to help you file all insurance claims, but to ensure efficiency, please immediately notify us when insurance information changes occur. You will also need to be prepared to pay any amount that is determined not payable by your insurance plan, such as deductibles or co-pays.
