Scheduling Appointments and Cancellations

 To schedule an appointment for your child, please call during regular business hours. Should you activate our voice messaging systems, please leave a brief message and we will promptly return your call. When scheduling appointments, we ask that preschool aged children, utilize appointment times during normal school hours to help limit missed school days for older children.
We have a policy here at South Georgia Pediatric Dentistry that we ask our patients to alternate appointment times since most of our patients are school age children. If you have a afternoon appointment one visit then we ask that you schedule a morning appointment the next visit. We will work with you on holidays and summer break to best accommodate your schedule.
We make every effort to confirm all appointments a day in advance and require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments. In consideration of our other patients, please make every effort to be on time, as arriving late may requires us to delay or reschedule your child's visit. We also appreciate your arriving a few minutes prior to scheduled visits to complete any as needed medical or dental updates.
