Our Registered Dental Hygienists
Amy Lowery, RDH
Amy has been with SGPD for 6 years. She has been in dentistry for 12 years. Amy works as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She received her Dental Hygiene License from Valdosta State University in 1998. She takes pride in her work and is a great team player. Amy enjoys pediatrics and has always wanted to work with children. She is exactly where she wants to be in her career. We are proud that she is with us here at SGPD.
Amy enjoys playing softball, spending time with her family and is active in her church. She is a twin and enjoys reading books from Nicholas Sparks and Danielle Steel.
Lisa Searcy, RDH
Lisa has been with the SGPD team since inception in 2001. Lisa works as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has 15 years of pediatric expierence and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. Lisa graduated from Darton College in Albany, Georgia with her Dental Hygiene License in 1994. She was inducted into the Dental Hygiene Honor Society, Sigma Phi Alpha, that same year. Our practice is honored to have her as part of our SGPD team.
Lisa is married to Stacy and they have two boys, Hayden and Dawson. They have two Jack Russell's, Max and Milo. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and attending her boys tennis matches and baseball games. Lisa has eclectic taste in music, Jodi Picoult is her favorite author and her favorite saying is "Life isn't measured by how many breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away." Lisa can not imagine doing another job that would make her more satisfied than her job here at SGPD.
Beth Joyner, RDH
Beth joined the SGPD team as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2010. She graduated from Darton College and has been a hygienist for 18 years. She is a joy to work with and we love her easy going personality and genuine smile. She even personally knows the tooth fairy!!
Beth has been married to Clint Joyner for 18 years and they are the proud parents of Eli (11), Shelby (15), and Matt (18). She enjoys reading, running, and going to Crossfit! When Beth is not working she loves to spend time with her family, work in her yard, and watch her children's sport activities.
Tammy Freeman, RDH
Tammy has been a member of the SGPD team as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2010. She was born and raised in Lowndes County and graduated from Valdosta High School in 1988. She became a hygienist in 2002 when she graduated from Valdosta State University. She is a joy to work with and has an outgoing personality.
Tammy is the loving mother of her two children, Dylan and Danielle Sutton. She is also a realtor in the Valdosta area. When she is not working, Tammy enjoys spending time with her fiance, Alan and watching him play softball!
