In addition to filing insurance forms for you, we gladly accept Master Card, Visa and Care Credit ( a dental financing program). Our staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
For your peace of mind Dr. Thomas is always on call for her patients. In addition, each member of our team is highly skilled and dedicated to meeting the needs of each patient.
Our office and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) recommends that your child's visit the dentist by his/her 1st birthday. You can help make the first visit to the dentist enjoyable and positive by talking with your child ahead of time with excitement. Try to refrain from saying anything negative about dental treatment in front of your child. Sometimes, the less-to-do concerning the visit the better.
It is best if you refrain from using words around your child that might cause unnecessary fear, such as needle, pull, drill or hurt. The office makes a practice of using words that convey the same message, but are pleasant and nonfrightening to the child.
We invite you to stay with your child during the initial examination. Please visit the section on "Accompanying my child" for more on this subject.
We strive to make each and every visit to our office a fun one!
